Placing an Order

Payment Methods — India

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and digital wallets. All domestic payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

International orders are processed via PayPal. International shipping charges are additional and will be communicated before order confirmation. SA Fab is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic orders. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. SA Fab reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honoured.

Discount Codes & Coupons

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Codes are valid only for the period specified, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and have no cash value. SA Fab reserves the right to withdraw or modify discount offers at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times: Metro cities 3–5 days, Other cities 5–7 days, Remote areas up to 10 days. A tracking link will be shared via email and SMS once dispatched.

International Shipping

SA Fab ships internationally to select countries. International shipping charges are calculated based on destination and order weight, and will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. SA Fab is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Important: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including courier delays, natural disasters, public holidays, or customs processing. SA Fab is not liable for delays caused by such factors.
Handcrafted Products — Processing Note

As our products are handblock printed by artisans, certain items may require additional processing time during high-demand periods or festive seasons. Any such delays will be communicated proactively.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: customised or personalised orders, items purchased during sale or clearance, items without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked. Damaged items do not need to be returned.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. For international orders, refunds are processed via PayPal.

Colour Variation Notice

Hand-block printed products use natural dyes. Minor colour variations from product photographs, and slight colour bleeding on first wash, are natural characteristics of genuine handblock printing — not defects. These are not grounds for return.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before processing begins
• To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately at +91 80055 43240 with your order number
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — a return can be initiated after delivery
• SA Fab reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, as all products are handcrafted, the following natural variations are expected and are not defects:

• Minor variations in colour due to screen calibration differences and natural dye batches
• Slight irregularities in print alignment — a hallmark of genuine hand-block printing
• Minor variations in fabric texture between production batches

These characteristics make each SA Fab piece truly one of a kind.
