We want every SA Fab experience to bring you joy. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly and without fuss.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Item arrived damaged during transit
- Item has a manufacturing defect (stitching fault, fabric flaw)
- Wrong item or wrong size delivered
- Item significantly different from the product description
What Cannot Be Returned
The following are not eligible for return:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customised or personalised orders
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
- Minor colour variations from product photos (due to screen differences and natural dye batches)
- Slight print irregularities inherent to hand-block printing — these are natural and not defects
- Colour bleeding on first wash — expected with natural dyes, not a defect
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve it immediately — no questions asked.
Your order number · Clear photos of the damage or defect · A brief description of the issue
Damaged or defective items do not need to be returned — we will arrange a replacement or full refund after reviewing your photos.
How to Initiate a Return

Send clear photos of the item showing the issue. This helps us review your request quickly and accurately.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide return approval along with packaging and shipment instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags. Ship it back using the instructions provided. Please retain the shipping receipt for your records.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
UPI / Bank transfer / Credit-Debit Card — refunded to original source · PayPal — for international orders · In case of any issues, store credit can be arranged on request
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return initiation process and let us know your preferred replacement.
Exchange items are dispatched within 3–5 business days after we receive the original item. Free shipping applies on all exchange dispatches within India.
International Orders
International returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. Refunds for international orders are processed via PayPal within 7–10 business days of us receiving the item.
A Note on Handblock Printing
Every SA Fab piece is entirely handmade by skilled artisans in Bagru. The following are natural characteristics of authentic handblock printing — they are not defects and are not eligible for return:
- Minor colour variations between product photos and actual item — screens display colours differently and natural dye batches vary slightly
- Slight irregularities in print alignment or repeat — a hallmark of genuine hand printing, impossible to replicate by machine
- Some colour bleeding on the first 1–2 washes — completely normal with natural dyes. Wash separately in cold water
- Natural texture variations in fabric — each bolt of fabric is unique
