Wholesale Handblock Print Fabrics for Dubai Boutiques
Authentic Ajrakh and Dabu cotton, hand-printed in our own Bagru workshop and shipped direct to Dubai — no trading-company markup. Built for Modest fashion labels and Gulf-climate collections.
Crafted in Bagru. Curated for the UAE.
If you run a high-end boutique, Modest fashion label, or sustainable brand in Dubai, sourcing authentic, chemical-free textiles directly from India can be a logistical headache. We eliminate the middlemen. SA Fab is a D-U-N-S registered manufacturing house that provides complete forensic transparency for every meter of fabric we ship to the Middle East.
Breathable for the Climate
The UAE climate demands pure, breathable materials. We supply simple, pure cotton 60/60 fabric that drapes perfectly without trapping heat, making it ideal for the Gulf summer.
Perfect for Modest Fashion
Our intricate Ajrakh and Dabu block prints are highly sought after by regional designers for creating premium Abayas, Kaftans, and Jalabiyas. We can also custom-print your bespoke designs using our wooden blocks.
Consciously Crafted
Your clients demand sustainability. Our fabrics are deeply rooted in 450-year-old Bagru traditions involving local clay, lime, and indigo. We strictly adhere to AZO-free compliance, minimizing synthetic chemical footprints compared to mass-produced textiles.
Bespoke Custom Printing
Looking for exclusive designs for your boutique? We can hand-carve custom wooden blocks and print your proprietary patterns. Custom design development requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 300 meters.
Ajrakh or Dabu? Choosing the Right Print
Dubai buyers often ask which print suits their collection. Both are hand-printed using centuries-old resist-dyeing methods from Bagru, but they read very differently on the rail — here's how our wholesale partners typically choose between them.
Ajrakh Print
Geometric, symmetrical motifs printed in deep indigo, madder red, and black using a multi-step resist process. Reads as bold and architectural.
- Best for statement Abayas and structured Kaftans
- Strong on solid-block panels and borders
- Multiple dye passes give a richer, deeper colourway
Dabu Print
A mud-resist technique using local clay and lime, producing softer, more organic florals and motifs on a lighter ground.
- Best for flowy Jalabiyas and everyday resort wear
- Lighter hand-feel, suits layered silhouettes
- Softer palette pairs well with pastel-forward ranges
How Wholesale Ordering Works
Request a swatch box
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your product interest. We send a swatch box or 10-meter sample run so you can feel the cotton and check dye fastness first.
Confirm design & quantity
Choose from our existing Ajrakh/Dabu library, or brief us on a custom design (300m MOQ). We confirm pricing in AED and lead time before production starts.
Production & shipping
We print, dye, and finish your order at our Bagru units, then ship via DHL or Aramex — typically 7–10 business days in transit to Dubai.
The Dubai Logistics Advantage
We have optimized our supply chain specifically for our UAE partners. As a registered Indian textile exporter, SA Fab ensures a seamless, transparent shipping process directly from our Bagru units to your boutique.

Most "wholesale" handblock fabric sold into the Gulf passes through two or three trading intermediaries before it reaches a boutique — each adding a margin and a step of distance between you and the actual dye vats. Because SA Fab owns its printing and dyeing units in Bagru, you're buying from the same hands that carve the blocks and mix the indigo, which means:
- Pricing reflects production cost, not a chain of agent markups
- Custom block-carving requests go straight to our artisans, not through a broker
- You can request dye-lot consistency checks before a bulk run ships

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturing house based in Bagru, Rajasthan. We operate our own dyeing vats and printing units, allowing Dubai boutiques to bypass the massive markups charged by traditional export agents and trading companies.
Can you print custom designs for my UAE boutique?
Yes. We provide complete bespoke custom printing. We can hand-carve custom wooden blocks based on your proprietary designs and print them on pure 60/60 cotton. Custom development requires a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 300 meters.
Do you provide fabric samples before we place a bulk order?
Absolutely. We highly encourage wholesale buyers to order a swatch box or a 10-meter sample run first. This allows you to feel the quality of our pure cotton and verify the durability of our natural dyes before committing to full production.
Who handles customs and import duties into the UAE?
We handle export documentation and shipping from our end via DHL/Aramex. Import customs clearance and any applicable UAE import duties are borne by the buyer, as is standard practice for international wholesale shipments — our team is happy to share the shipping documents you'll need in advance so your clearance goes smoothly.
What payment terms do you offer for wholesale orders?
We require 50% advance payment to confirm and begin production, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch. This applies to both standard wholesale orders and custom print development runs.
Can you private-label or add custom packaging for our boutique?
Yes. We offer private labeling and custom packaging — including your own care labels, hang tags, and branded packaging — tailored to your specifications, at an additional cost depending on complexity and order size. Let us know your requirements when you request your catalog and we'll quote it alongside your fabric pricing.
